+Field Testing/Experimental Status Items are not automatically Excluded from Exams.  This way the user can optionally exclude Active items and Include Field Testing Items.  If the Exam contains any Field Testing Items a yellow warning message is printed at the top of the page indicating how many Field Testing Items are on the Exam.  This way if the user intends to exclude the Field Testing Items, they can see how many are to be excluded and can see how many have been excluded on the Exam.
