====== Bank Move ======
Bank Move allows the user to Move Item records from one Bank to another Bank.  Items are logically divided into [[concepts#banks and bank level|Banks]].  Bank Move moves the Item record to the new Bank removing it form the current Bank.

On a Level 1 Bank system, Items can be copied only from a source level 1 Bank to a different destination level 1 Bank.  On a Level 3 Bank system, Items can be copied from a source level 3 Bank to a different destination level 3 Bank.

==== Moving a Record ====
To move a record or records, select the records to copy in the selection grid by clicking, ctrl-clicking or shift clicking the rows.  See [[general_navigation_grids#selecting_records|Selecting Records]] for more.  Once the row or rows are selected, click **Bulk Action → Copy** from the toolbar.

If no row or rows are selected a warning message will appear:
**Please select a record or records in order to Bulk Move.**

If a row or rows were selected then a Bank Move popup page will appear.  Select the destination Bank you want to move the record or records to.  Then click the **Submit** button.

When the records are finished moving, a success message is displayed.
