===== Grid View =====
CE allows the user to show and hide columns from within a grid.  See [[general_navigation_grids#Context Menu|Grid Context Menu]].  A View is the set of columns that are shown in the grid.  After a user has customized which columns they want shown in the grid, the Grid View popup can be used to save their Grid View.  This way, going forward, the grid will default to the columns they specified.

the Grid View screen consists of a view selector on the left, a series of buttons and a title box on the right.

The Grid View has the following options

|Save View As |This creates a new Grid View with the name of the view specified in the title box.|
|Save |This updates the view highlighted in the view selector.|
|Select View |This selects the view applying it to the grid.  It also assigns the view highlighted in the view selector to be the default when the user opens this entry tool.|
|Delete View |This removes the view from CE.|
|Close |Closes the Grid View popup.|
