===== Attachment Edit Notes and Custom =====
The Attachment notes and custom edit page allows users to edit notes, keywords and [[concepts#Custom Fields|custom information]] for an Attachment record.  Once changes are made the user can click the **Save** button in the bottom right hand corner to commit changes to the database.  Note: User permissions might be restricted by [[security_edit_forms|Form permissions]], [[security_edit_banks|Bank permissions]] (if in Bank Level 3 [[concepts#Banks and Bank Level|Banks and Bank Level]]) or the record being [[concepts#Record Locking|locked]].

==== Tab Strip ====
The tab strip at the top of the page allows the user to go back to the Attachment entry grid [[attachment_entry|Selection]], to the [[attachment_edit_general|General]] page, to the [[attachment_edit_items|Items]] page or [[usage|Usage]] page.  Audit will navigate to the [[audit|Audit page]] and displays Audit information for the selected record.

==== Alternate Versions ====
If there are multiple versions of the Attachment, the user can navigate amongst them using the **Select Version** drop down in the blue info bar.  See [[concepts#Versioning|Versioning]] for more.
