===== Candidate Entry ===== The Candidate Entry tool is used to create and maintain Candidate which can be assigned to Exams. Candidates are people who are registered to take Exams. Candidates can have their demographic data, contact information and even photos stored in CE.. Authorised users may create, modify or expire Candidate records. Note: you may not expire a Candidate if it is in use (registered to an Exam). Candidate Entry is reached from the Main Menu, Item Writing → Candidate Entry {{:wiki:menucandidateentry.png?200|}} This takes the user to the Candidate entry grid. For more on grid navigation, click [[general_navigation_grids|here]]. {{:candidateentry.png?600|}} === Special Filters === The Candidate entry grid has special filter controls in the title bar. * Include Expired Records by default is unchecked. This means Candidate records that have an Expiry Date prior to today are not displayed. When checked, all Candidate records (including expired) are displayed.
