==== CE Marking Center ====
Marking Center is a web based software that is used to help manage Marking Centers.  Marking Centers are used in high stakes certification level testing where Markers are brought in to analyze and rate essay or constructed response type questions.  The Markers fill out a marking key or script for each registrant.  These marks are aggregated to determine pass/fail for each registrant.

Various system reports track the markers to ensure consistency an efficiency.
==== CE Scannning ====
CE Scanning is a desktop application that interfaces the CE Item Writing system to Scantron scanners.  Operators can scan physical Scantron sheets or import data from spreadsheet to bring Registrant responses into Item Writing.  The Scanning software validates rosters and responses, optionally creates or updates registrants' meta information.
==== CE Online Testing ====
CE Online Testing is a web based Exam delivery system for registrants.  Item Writing Exams are published to the web (or Intranet) and made available for Registrants to respond to.  These responses are uploaded into Item Writing and then available for Calculations and reporting.
