Audit
CE audits changes to all maintainable fields for all records. The Audit grid shows the field changed, for which record, its old and new values, who changed it and when. CE also tracks who created the record and when and who last modified the record an when.
When the Audit page is navigated to from an Entry tool toolbar or its context menu, then there is a link back to the Entry tool in the bottom right corner of the page. In this sample, it is a link back to Attachment Entry.
The following columns are available in the Audit Grid
| Column | Description |

| Audit ID | This is the unique record identified, used by CE. |
| Table | This is the CE table name that had a change applied to it. |
| Record | This is the unique record ID in the Table that had a change applied to it. |
| Field | This is the field name in the Table that had a change applied to it. |
| User | This is the CE user that affected the change. |
| Time | The date and time when the change was affected. |
| Action | The action type of the change. |
| Old | The original value. |
| New | The new value. |
