+Note: Registrations cannot be removed from a Session if they already have response records, by default.  In order to remove Registration records that have Response you must click the check box (in green).  Due to the length of time sometimes required to remove these records, the user will be navigated to a progress screen.  Here, the deletion progress will be displayed.
