Session Registrations allows the user to maintain Registrants (Candidates) registered to the Exam Session. Registrants can be removed from the Session. Linked Registrant can be modified to change whether they are Included in Stats or what Form they are in.

Note: Currently Registrants cannot be added to the Session through this page. There are two ways to add Registrants to the Session.

1. Scanning
2. CMAS Roster Import

Note: User permissions might be restricted by Form permissions, Bank permissions or the record being locked.

Click the pencil icon on the left of a row to edit the Registration link. By editing the link you can control the Include In Stats and the Form for the Registrant.

Once in edit mode, the user can change the Include In Stats and the Form. To commit changes, click the check mark on the left of the row. To cancel changes, click the X on the left of the row.

To remove a Registrant or Registrants from the Session, click, shift-click or ctrl-click rows to select them. For more on grid selection, click here. Once the rows are selected, click the Delete button on the grid toolbar (in red.)

Note: Registrations cannot be removed from a Session if they already have response records, by default. In order to remove Registration records that have Response you must click the check box (in green). Due to the length of time sometimes required to remove these records, the user will be navigated to a progress screen. Here, the deletion progress will be displayed.

Note 2: If the Registrations have already been calculated, the Stats Result set will have to be removed in order to remove the Registrants. To remove Stats Results sets go to Calculations Maintenance.

The tab strip at the top of the page allows the user to go back to the Session entry grid Selection, to the Edit page or CMAS Import page. Audit will navigate to the Audit page and displays Audit information for the selected record.
