Item Group Edit Attachments is used to link Attachments to the selected Item Group. When an Attachment and Item are linked, the image or rich text prints with the Item Group on Exam documents and online tests. Note: User rights might be restricted by Form rights, Bank rights or the record being locked.

To link an Attachment to the selected Item Group, click the Add Attachment button. This will open an Attachment Selector.

Select one or more Attachments from the grid, then click the Add Selected button. The Attachment Selector will close and the linked Attachments will appear in the grid. To learn more about selecting records click here.

 

Click the pencil icon on the left of a row to edit the Item Group Attachment link. By editing the link you can control the size, placement and orientation of the Attachment. If multiple Attachments are linked to an Item Group you can also control the sequence of the Attachment.

Once in edit mode, the user can change the sequence, size, position and orientation of the Attachment. To commit changes, click the check mark on the left of the row. To cancel changes, click the X on the left of the row.

Field Description
Sequence Indicates the sequence of Attachments, this only applies if more than one Attachment is added to an Item Group.
Position Use the drop down to choose the position of the Attachment.
Height Specify the height of the Attachment (if the height is not specified, then it will default to the size of the uploaded image).
Width Specify the width of the Attachment (if the width is not specified, then it will default to the size of the uploaded image).
Rotate 90 Use the check box to specify an Attachment is rotated 90 degrees right.

Remove an Attachment from an Item Group

Click the X to the right of the row to remove the Attachment from the selected Item Group.

Tab Strip

The tab strip at the top of the page allows the user to go back to the Item Group entry grid Selection, to the General page or Usage page.
