Item Group Entry

The Item Group entry tool is used to create and maintain Item Groups which Items can be linked to. Item Groups are logical collections of associated Items. Item Groups are often scenarios with an introductory text that the linked Items refer to. The Items in the Item Group may be required to be in a fixed sequence or may require all Items in the Item Group to be included. When build an Exam, Item Groups are always kept together. You cannot have some Items from and Item Group followed by other Items not in the Item Group then more Items from the Item Group. The Group text, linked Attachments and other group information can be maintained here.

Authorised users may create, modify or expire Item Group records. Note: you may not expire an Item Group if Items are linked to it.
