Term Edit Weighting
The Term weighting edit page allows users to select Stats sets (
link) to link to a Term, edit their weightings and Calculate term results. Note: User rights might be restricted by Form rights, Bank rights or the record being locked.
Tab Strip
The tab strip at the top of the page allows the user to go back to the Term entry grid Selection or to the Weighting page.
Term Fields
| Field | Description |

| Term ID | Will populate automatically when the Term is created. Unique identifier of the Term. |
| Title | A brief description for the Term record. |
| Program | A reference to the External system the Term will pass data back to. In this case CMAS ( link) |
| Effective Date | By default, on most tools, only effective/non-expired records are available to be selected. Either to be edited or linked to another record. An effective record is a record with an Effective Date prior to today. By default, the Effective Date is set to the previous day on all newly created records. |
| Expiry Date | By default, on most tools, only effective/non-expired records are available to be selected. Either to be edited or linked to another record. An expired record is a record with an Expiry Date prior to today. By default, the Expiry Date is set to December 31, 2100 on all newly created records. |
