The Candidate phot page allows users to upload an image for the Candidate record. Once changes are made the user can click the Save button in the bottom right hand corner to commit changes to the database. Note: User permissions might be restricted by Form permissions, Bank permissions (if in Bank Level 3 Banks and Bank Level) or the record being locked.

A graphic image of the Candidate can be uploaded. Click the Select button.

This will open a file dialog. Select the file and click Open button.

The image file will be uploaded but will not preview yet.

To commit the uploaded image to the database click the Save button.

Once the image is saved it will display. Also, the Download button becomes enabled. The Download button can be used to pull a copy of the image locally to be viewed or maintained.

The tab strip at the top of the page allows the user to go back to the Candidate entry grid Selection, to the Personal page, to the Contact page or to the Notes and Custom page. Audit will navigate to the Audit page and displays Audit information for the selected record.
