Exam Edit Notes and Custom

The Exam notes and custom edit page allows users to edit notes, and custom (FIXME Glossary custom) information for an Exam record. Once changes are made the user can click the Save button in the bottom right hand corner to commit changes to the database. Note: User rights might be restricted by Form rights, Bank rights or the record being locked.

Notes Free form text field for storing information
Keywords Free form text field for storing keywords
Custom01 Custom field for tracking client data not specifically tracked by CE
Custom02 Custom field for tracking client data not specifically tracked by CE
Custom03 Custom field for tracking client data not specifically tracked by CE
Custom04 Custom field for tracking client data not specifically tracked by CE
Custom05 Custom field for tracking client data not specifically tracked by CE

Tab Strip

The tab strip at the top of the page allows the user to go back to the Exam entry grid Selection, to the General page, to the Pass page, to the Layout page or Document page.
