The Term general edit page allows users to edit general information for a Term record. This includes its title, effective and expiry dates and links back to an external system. Once changes are made the user can click the Save button in the bottom right hand corner to commit changes to the database. Note: User permissions might be restricted by Form permissions, Bank permissions or the record being locked.

Tab Strip

The tab strip at the top of the page allows the user to go back to the Term entry grid Selection or to the Weighting page. Audit will navigate to the Audit page and displays Audit information for the selected record.

Term Fields

Field Description
Term ID Will populate automatically when the Term is created. Unique identifier of the Term.
Title A brief description for the Term record.
Program A reference to the External system the Term will pass data back to. For example: Imis, Aptify, CMAS
Effective Date By default, on most tools, only effective/non-expired records are available to be selected. Either to be edited or linked to another record. An effective record is a record with an Effective Date prior to today. By default, the Effective Date is set to the previous day on all newly created records. Effective and Expiry Dates
Expiry Date By default, on most tools, only effective/non-expired records are available to be selected. Either to be edited or linked to another record.
