The Attachment notes and custom edit page allows users to edit notes, keywords and custom information for an Attachment record. Once changes are made the user can click the Save button in the bottom right hand corner to commit changes to the database. Note: User permissions might be restricted by Form permissions, Bank permissions (if in Bank Level 3 Banks and Bank Level) or the record being locked.

Notes Free form text field for storing information
Keywords Free form text field for storing keywords
Custom01 Custom field for tracking client data not specifically tracked by CE
Custom02 Custom field for tracking client data not specifically tracked by CE
Custom03 Custom field for tracking client data not specifically tracked by CE
Custom04 Custom field for tracking client data not specifically tracked by CE
Custom05 Custom field for tracking client data not specifically tracked by CE

Note: the labels for custom fields may be modified via the Custom Label entry form.

Tab Strip

The tab strip at the top of the page allows the user to go back to the Attachment entry grid Selection, to the General page, to the Items page or Usage page. Audit will navigate to the Audit page and displays Audit information for the selected record.

Alternate Versions

If there are multiple versions of the Attachment, the user can navigate amongst them using the Select Version drop down in the blue info bar. See Versioning for more.
