The Security members edit page allows users to edit which Users are members of the selected Role. Membership in a Role grants the User all of the Form permissions of the Role. A User is either a member or not.

Note: User permissions might be restricted by Form permissions or the record being locked.

The Security Members edit grid shows the User Login ID, first and last names and whether the User is a member.

Modifying Membership

To modify the Membership of a User, right-click the row to open the context menu. Select Not a member or Is a member.

Note: The user can also select multiple rows to apply the Membership change to. All selected rows are affected when modifying the access level. To learn more about selecting records click here.

Selecting All Rows

To Select all rows click the check box in the grid's header row. Selecting all rows selects only the rows currently visible in the grid. So, if the grid had its rows filtered, only the filtered rows are selected.

Tab Strip

The tab strip at the top of the page allows the user to go back to the Security Role grid Selection, to the General page or Forms page. Audit will navigate to the Audit page and displays Audit information for the selected record.
