The Security Role general edit page allows users to edit the description of the Role. All of the other entry fields are disabled. Once changes are made the user can click the Save button in the bottom right hand corner to commit changes to the database. Note: User permissions might be restricted by Form permissions or the record being locked.

Tab Strip

The tab strip at the top of the page allows the user to go back to the Security Role grid Selection, to the Forms page or Members page. Audit will navigate to the Audit page and displays Audit information for the selected record.

Field Description
Security ID Will populate automatically when the Role is created. Unique identifier of the Role.
Description Description for the Role record.
