The Session CMAS Import allows users to Import rosters from an external candidate management system. For Custom Import options contact TDA. Note: User permissions might be restricted by Form permissions, Bank permissions (if in Bank Level 3 Banks and Bank Level) or the record being locked.

If CMAS integration fields are not set properly (Event Plan, Program, Program Step, Book and Form ID) then this page is disabled and a warning message is displayed.

Importing

The current selected Event Plan, Program Step and Book and Form ID are displayed. The count of Registrants in the CMAS system are displayed (in green). To run the Import which will create Candidate records and assign them as Registrants to the Session click the Run Import button (in red).

Upon successful completion of the import a green message will appear at top of the screen and Import information is displayed.

Tab Strip

The tab strip at the top of the page allows the user to go back to the Session entry grid Selection, to the Edit page or Registrations page. Audit will navigate to the Audit page and displays Audit information for the selected record.
