The Answer Key shows the Items on the exam along with all correct options, Competency and Reference mappings.

Right click a row in the Exam grid and choose the Reports → Answer Key.

This will navigate to the Results Export page.

This report has pending change requests to it which will likely result in rewriting UI and Help content.

To return to the Exam Entry tool, click the hyperlink in the bottom left of the page.
