Allows the user to select from existing calculated Stats Results set and view raw statistical data. They raw statistical data is stored in various database tables that are exposed to the user. The columns exposed are controlled by the user using Grid Views and can be exported to spreadsheet.

Select Stats

Exams can have multiple Stats Results sets calculated for them. Each Stats Results set is based on the Sessions of registrants that were calculated. To view a particular Stats Results set, the Stats results set must be selected. To do this, click the Select Stats button.

This will open a Stats Selector. Here, the user can use the Stats Selector grid to filter to the Stats Result they wish to view. For more on grid navigation, click here. Once they select a Stats Result set, click the Select button.

Select Stats Type

Once the Stats Set is selected, the user then has to select the Stats Type they are going to view. To select a Stats Type use the drop down selector (outlined in red) and once selected click the Generate button (outlined in green). This will populate the grid with the selected Stats Type for the Selected Stats set.

The user can add or remove columns from the grid and can save their Grid Views (collection of exposed columns). By clicking the grid's Export button on the toolbar, they can export the Stats to spreadsheet.

Item Distribution StatsThe response distributions are counts of Candidates in certain ranking thresholds that match a given response. The rankings for the candidates is based on their Ranking of ValueTotal on the Exam compared to all other Candidates performance.
Competency StatsAll Candidates performance on the each unique Competency oof all Items of the Exam. Averages, min, max score, etc.
Competency Distribution StatsAggregate of Item Response Distribution Statistics, grouped by Competency
