Session Registrations allows the user to maintain Registrants (Candidates) registered to the Exam Session. Registrants can be removed from the Session. Linked Registrant can be modified to change whether they are Included in Stats FIXME link to concept or what Form they are in. FIXME link to form.

Note: Currently Registrants cannot be added to the Session through this page. There are two ways to add Registrants to the Session.

  1. Scanning FIXME Scanning link
  2. CMAS roster import FIXME link

Note: User rights might be restricted by Form rights, Bank rights or the record being locked.

Edit Registration

Click the pencil icon on the left of a row to edit the Registration link. By editing the link you can control the Include In Stats and the Form for the Registrant.

Once in edit mode, the user can change the Include In Stats and the Form. To commit changes, click the check mark on the left of the row. To cancel changes, click the X on the left of the row.

Field Description
Sequence Indicates the sequence of Attachments, this only applies if more than one Attachment is added to an Item.
Position Use the drop down to choose the position of the Attachment.
Height Specify the height of the Attachment (if the height is not specified, then it will default to the size of the uploaded image).
Width Specify the width of the Attachment (if the width is not specified, then it will default to the size of the uploaded image).
Rotate 90 Use the check box to specify an Attachment is rotated 90 degrees right.

Remove an Attachment from an Item

Click the X to the right of the row to remove the Attachment from the selected Item.

Tab Strip

The tab strip at the top of the page allows the user to go back to the Attachment entry grid Selection, to the General page, to the Notes and Custom page or Usage page.

Alternate Versions

If there are multiple versions of the Attachment, the user can navigate amongst them using the Select Version drop down in the blue info bar. See Versioning for more.
