Item edit References is used to link References to the selected Item. The Reference link to an Item is informational. It does not affect any document building or calculation of results. However, when a Reference is linked to an Item the Item is then filterable by that Reference. Note: User permissions might be restricted by Form permissions, Bank permissions or the record being locked.

To link a Reference to the selected Item, click the Add Reference button. This will open a Reference Selector.

Select one or more References from the grid, then click the Add Selected button. The Reference Selector will close and the linked References will appear in the grid. To learn more about selecting records click here.
